I have a PowerSpec 1710 and I damaged some smd’s while trying to repaste the cpu and gpu. I was able to look up find a schematic for the laptop but I can’t figure out how to read it. I know that the parts that I burned up are near something labelled PQ20. Powerspec 1720
Powerspec 1710 Laptop has had issues producing the correct hue of color for the backlight. After playing with some settings the keyboard flickered some colors and went off. Several restarts provided no results. Reinstalled and repair installed control center. No dice. Finally decided to shut down and turn back on just to see, and sure enough, blue backlight right off the bat. Problem is, no matter what I am unable to get the control center software to produce a backlight tab to adjust the backlight so it is suck on blue. Any help is appreciated!Powerspec 1710 Keyboard Backlight Settings
