It worked really good before. But the program needs an update on mac. I can't even open the program anymore. I use noteburn to download music..Very happy with my Spotify Converter. I use it so I can put audiobooks from Spotify onto another player on my phone. I had an issue once, sent an e-mail and they figured out the issue and had an update within 24 hours..It works like advertised. Mine did with the same versions. ?♂️ Only issue I have is related to searching for playlists. At this time the app doesn’t let you search/filter by playlist name, making it cumbersome to find your music. I’ve raised the issue and their support promptly replied.
